admin console, make sure it set to Enforce
access to less secure…..

Login to user
web mail, open settings

Go to “Forward and POP/IMAP”. Make sure the
setting is the same as below

On your
PC/Laptop, Add “recent:” to user name colom à username@domain.any

On mobile
device, follow manual given.
